- Understand the necessity of emotional competence for success in his/her day-to-day tasks and team work.
- Recognising and understanding one’s emotions and the effect it has on other people.
- Manage disruptive emotions and impulses in a trustworthy, conscientious, and innovative manner using the Thought Record System.
- Create a greater sense of social awareness by demonstrating a deeper understanding of empathy in sensing and meeting the needs of people and customers effectively.
- Apply specific techniques in influencing people when dealing with conflict and nurturing instrumental relationships.
