Introduction
The program will deepen delegates’ capacity to tolerate stress of all kinds and increase their ability to respond to stress in ways that bring performance potential within reach. It will therefore give them the tools to help put them in the winner’s circle.

- Reduce pressure on employees and
- Develop their personal resource banks to prevent pressure turning into stress.
